
The founder of the Center for Skin and Cosmetic Dermatology, Dr. Peter Malouf specializes in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, General Dermatology, Cosmetic Dermatology, Cosmetic Surgery, and Dermatopathology.
He graduated with honors from Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Malouf earned his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed his internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. He then attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center for years where he was chief resident in dermatology.
He is a diplomate of the American Academy of Dermatology, a fellow of the American Board of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and a member of the American Society for Mohs Surgery, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the Texas Medical Association, the American Medical Association, the American Society of Liposuction Surgery, and the American Society Laser Medicine.
He has been voted Best Doctor by Fort Worth Magazine every year since 2000, a Texas Monthly Super Doc, and the #1 Cosmetic Producing Practice in Tarrant County by Fort Worth Business Press.

One of the Center for Skin and Cosmetic Dermatology’s Mohs Surgery specialists, Dr. Diego Marra graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree with special honors in Zoology from the University of Texas. He received his medical training at the Harvard Medical School and the Harvard-MIT Program in Health Sciences and Technology, graduating magna cum laude with Special Honors in Vascular Biology.
Following medical school, Dr. Marra obtained special training in Mohs Micrographic, Cutaneous Laser, and Cosmetic Surgery. He was awarded a fellowship at the Ronald L. Moy Surgery Center in Los Angeles, and is accredited by the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. He completed his residency in Dermatology at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA.
A diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, Dr. Marra is the author of peer-reviewed original research published in some of the leading journals in the fields of dermatology and dermatologic surgery, including Archives of Dermatology, Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery, and Dermatologic Surgery. His work has been presented at major specialty meetings across the country and internationally.

Jim joined the Center for Skin in the fall of 2011 after spending the last 13 years practicing in the field of Emergency Medicine as well as two years in a Plastic/Aesthetic surgery office. A native of Illinois, he holds a Bachelors Degree in Biology, a Masters Degree in Microbiology as well as a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant studies.
He is a member in good standing of the SDPA (Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants), AAPA (American Academy of Physician Assistants), NCCPA (National Commission on Certification for Physician Assistants) and TAPA (Texas Academy of Physician Assistants); and is seeing general dermatology patients in our Dallas office.

Nancy Smith, MS, RN, NP-C, ANP-BC is a Texas Board of Nursing licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston and Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Texas Woman’s University. She has been practicing dermatology with CSCD for 3 over years.
Nancy’s medical background includes hospital medical & surgical experience as well as serving as the administrator of an in-home services organization for the elderly population. As a Nurse Practitioner, she provides care in a variety of skin disorders and performs skin cancer examinations, diagnostic biopsies, and treats a variety of skin disorders.
Nancy is a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association, Texas Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurses Association and is certified by both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program with completion expected December 2012 where she will have completed extensive research of various skin disorders.

With over 8 years experience, Ashley Tinley is a certified physician assistant who joined the Center for Skin in 2010 and has been practicing dermatology at our Weatherford office. Her training and experience includes both medical and cosmetic dermatology, and she enjoys treating patients of all ages for skin, hair, and nail diseases. Ashley received her bachelor degree in Biological Sciences from Clemson University. Ashley then attended the Medical College of Georgia Physician Assistant program and graduated with honors magna cum laude.
She is a member of the SDPA (Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants).
